In 2025, a new chapter began when Kelly and Kristin Rose proudly took over ownership, bringing fresh energy while honoring everything that has made Praline’s Cafe a beloved destination. Their vision is simple: keep the heart of the café alive while continuing to innovate, expand, and create a welcoming space where everyone feels at home.

We specialize in handcrafted, own-made ice cream with a wide variety of flavors, from timeless classics to bold, one-of-a-kind creations you won’t find anywhere else. Beyond scoops, we offer personalized ice cream cakes, pies, ice cream sandwiches, cupcakes, and some of the best milkshakes around, all made with care and attention to detail.
