Custom vs Readymade
Custom: Praline's Cafe offers three kinds of customizable ice cream cakes: Traditional, Custom, and Fudge.
Readymade: We also offer pre-made cakes and pies in a variety of flavors and sizes for convenient carry out service.
Cake Options
Traditional ice cream cakes are made with a layer of our luscious vanilla ice cream and a layer of our rich chocolate ice cream with a thin layer of chocolate cookie crunch in the middle. Traditional cakes are ready-made and always in stock in 7", 8" and 9" round and are ready for pick up. If you need a larger Traditional cake, 10" or 12" round for the same day, just give us a call. We can make one up for you on short notice.
For Custom ice cream cakes, choose the one or two flavors you desire (flavors chosen must currently be on our flavor list) with a thin layer of cookie crunch in the middle. For an up-charge, you can add just about anything you would like to the center, sides or top of your cake. Add a layer of fudge or candy to the middle or sprinkles or nuts to the sides. Refer to our toppings list for ideas.

require a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Our Traditional and Custom ice cream cakes are then covered
in a thin layer of white buttercream icing and finished with a
chocolate fudge or colored frosting trim.
Choose your trim color-blue, pink, yellow, green, lavender,
white frosting or white buttercream. Please specify what finishing
touches you would like on your cake. There are a variety of sugar
flowers or confetti sprinkles to choose from.
Traditional Fudge cakes are made with a layer of vanilla ice cream, a layer of chocolate ice cream and a thin layer of cookie crunch in the center. The entire outside of the cake is then covered in fudge and rolled in chocolate sprinkles. A fudge border is added to the top and then the fun begins. Four to six types of candies are added to the top sectioned in a pie cut shape design. You can special order your cake with any combination of toppings to create your own masterpiece.

Custom fudge cakes are also available with your choice of any two flavors of ice cream and any combination of toppings. Add a layer of fudge to the center if you prefer.

Vanilla and Chocolate ice cream in a chocolate wafer crust,
separated by a layer of fudge in the middle and chocolate
crunchies on top

A double layer of Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream in a chocolate
layer crust separated by a layer of fudge in the middle and a
chocolate drizzle on top
Nightmare Pie
A double layer of Nightmare ice cream in a chocolate wafer crust
topped with a peanut butter drizzle
Mud Pie
A double layer of Coffee Oreo ice cream in a chocolate wafer crust
separated by a layer of fudge in the center and a chocolate drizzle

Coconut Pie
A double layer of Coconut Cream ice cream in a graham cracker
crust separated by a layer of vanilla crunchies and smothered in
toasted coconut on top

Images or pictures are hand drawn with multi color edible cake gels. You can let us know what image you would like or you can provide us with a picture. There is an upcharge for this feature.
